At AATeamWear, every order is custom-made according to the specifications provided by our customers. Because our products are personalized and manufactured specifically for each order, our Return & Refund Policy differs from that of standard retail products.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All products manufactured by AATeamWear are custom-made and may include:
Team names
Player names
Player numbers
Logos
Custom colors
Custom artwork
Personalized designs
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not available once production has begun.
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:
Designs
Colors
Logos
Names
Numbers
Sizes
Quantities
Product specifications
Once final approval has been provided, AATeamWear is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design or order details.
A return, replacement, or refund request may be considered if:
The product delivered is substantially different from the product approved by the customer.
Examples include:
Wrong garment type
Wrong design
Wrong customization
Incorrect quantity supplied
The product contains confirmed manufacturing defects, including:
Significant stitching defects
Fabric defects
Printing defects
Production errors that affect normal use
Products arrive damaged due to manufacturing or packaging issues.
Photographic evidence may be required.
Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be granted for:
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes before production begins.
Sizing issues resulting from customer-selected sizes are not considered manufacturing defects.
This includes:
Spelling mistakes
Incorrect player names
Incorrect numbers
Logo placement
Color selections
Design elements
that were approved by the customer before production.
Minor variations may occur due to:
Fabric type
Printing process
Monitor settings
Color calibration
Manufacturing tolerances
These variations do not qualify as defects.
Because products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to:
Change of preference
Team roster changes
Event cancellations
Budget changes
Customer no longer requiring the products
Any issue with an order must be reported within:
7 Days Of Delivery
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To submit a claim, please provide:
Order details
Description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
Quantity affected
If a claim is approved, AATeamWear may choose to provide one of the following remedies:
Replacement of affected items at no additional cost.
A partial refund where appropriate.
A full refund may be provided in rare cases where replacement is not practical.
The chosen remedy will be determined after reviewing the claim.
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Any design work or services already completed may be subject to reasonable charges.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted because materials, labor, and customization costs have already been incurred.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a confirmed error on the part of AATeamWear.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
Our liability for any approved claim shall not exceed the value of the affected products within the order.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including:
Lost profits
Event disruptions
Tournament costs
Team expenses
Business interruption
