All products are custom-made to order based on customer-provided specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

Colors
Logos
Names
Numbers
Sizes
Quantities
Production will begin only after final design approval has been received.
Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom teamwear is generally:

All prices are provided through individual quotations.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold AATeamWear harmless against any claims related to unauthorized use of intellectual property.
We make every effort to accurately display product colors and designs.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
Screen settings
Monitor calibration
Printing processes
Fabric materials
Manufacturing tolerances
Minor variations shall not be considered defects.
Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizes before production begins.
Sizing charts may be provided upon request.
Due to the custom nature of our products, sizing issues resulting from incorrect size selections are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith.
However, timelines may vary due to:
Order volume
Material availability
Shipping carrier delays
Customs processing
Force majeure events
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
AATeamWear shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Any work already completed may be subject to charges.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
